We collect information you give us directly when you enrol in a program, book a consultation, fill in a form or contact us.
To personalise nutrition guidance, you may choose to share health-related details such as height, weight, dietary habits, lifestyle, menstrual history, pregnancy status, existing conditions, medications, allergies or lab reports.
We treat this information as sensitive. We use it only to provide the services you have requested, and only with your consent. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
This policy is designed to align with the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including purpose limitation, consent and your rights over your personal data.
When you book a consultation, we record your chosen concern, dietitian, date and time slot, along with the contact details needed to confirm and conduct your call.
Your dietitian can see the booking details and any health information you share for the purpose of your consultation or program.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password on our servers.
We receive limited transaction details from the gateway, such as payment status, amount, transaction ID and payment method type, to confirm your booking and handle refunds.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember your preferences and keep you signed in.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as booking, may not work properly without them.
We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited and how long people stay. This helps us improve content and usability.
Analytics data is generally aggregated. We do not send your health information to analytics providers.
We may contact you by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp about your bookings, program updates, reminders and support requests.
