Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation or enrol in a program.

Services for children, such as child nutrition programs, must be booked and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Nature of services

NariCareLife offers nutrition, lifestyle and wellness guidance. Our services are not medical services and do not include diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions.

Our guidance is meant to complement, not replace, care from your doctor or other qualified healthcare professionals.

No guarantee of results

Every body is different. Results depend on many factors, including your health, consistency and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, such as a set amount of weight change or the resolution of a condition.

Your responsibilities

When using NariCareLife, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including health conditions, medications and allergies
• Consult your doctor before making significant diet or lifestyle changes, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding
• Continue any prescribed medication and treatment unless your treating doctor advises otherwise

Consultations

A NariCareLife consultation costs ₹299 and lasts 30 minutes. It takes place as an online call with a nutrition professional at the slot you book.

Please join on time. If you join late, the call may end at the scheduled time and cannot always be extended.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Programs

Our wellness programs are available in 1-month, 3-month and 6-month durations. Program inclusions and pricing are shown at the time of enrolment.

Program content, schedules and inclusions may be updated from time to time to improve quality. Changes will not reduce the core inclusions of a program you have already paid for.

Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. A booking or enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

All content on NariCareLife, including text, diet plans, graphics, logos and videos, belongs to NariCareLife or its licensors.

Diet plans and materials shared with you are for your personal use only. Please do not copy, resell or publicly distribute them without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or try to access it without authorisation
• Share false information or impersonate another person
• Harass, abuse or record dietitians or staff without consent
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NariCareLife is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or from decisions made based on our guidance.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

Not for emergencies

NariCareLife is not an emergency service. If you experience a medical emergency, contact local emergency medical services immediately. In India, dial 112.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
