Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling a consultation

You can reschedule your ₹299, 30-minute consultation once, free of charge, up to 4 hours before your booked slot, subject to dietitian availability.

Requests made less than 4 hours before the slot may not be possible to accommodate.

Cancelling a consultation

Refund eligibility for consultations depends on when you cancel:

• Cancelled 12 hours or more before the slot: full refund
• Cancelled less than 12 hours before the slot: not eligible for a refund, though you may still use the one-time free reschedule if it is at least 4 hours before the slot
• No-show (not joining the call without notice): non-refundable

If the dietitian cancels

If your dietitian cancels or cannot attend the consultation, or if the call cannot take place because of a technical problem on our side, you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

Program cancellation (placeholder)

The following program terms are placeholders and will be finalised before launch:

• Cancelled before the program start date: full refund
• Cancelled within the first 7 days of the program: pro-rated refund for the unused portion, after deducting any consultations already completed
• Cancelled after the first 7 days: not eligible for a refund

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email hello@naricarelife.com with your name, registered mobile number, booking or order ID and the reason for your request.

We will confirm receipt and let you know the outcome.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
